Quick Summary: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Most items in new, unopened condition can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another product.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath Toys (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Fidget Toys (due to personal use nature)
  • Any product where the original packaging has been opened or damaged

How to Return an Item

Wait for Authorization
Our educational play specialists will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include your Return Authorization Number. Ship to:

Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item. See below for refund timing details.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, we require that the item meets the return conditions listed above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you using the same shipping method as your original order.

For exchanges to products of different values:

  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference
  • If the new item costs more, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference
